Bohat muddat se aisa hai ...
K tum khamosh rehtay ho ...
Koi gehra hai ghum shayad ...
Jisay chup chap sehtay ho ...
Yunhi chaltay huay tanha ...
Koi ghamgeen sa naghma ...
Tum aksar gungunatay ho ...
Doran-e-guftgu yunhi ...
Milen nazro se jab nazren ...
To baaten bhool jatay ho ...
Kisi gum sum si halat main ...
Ya phir barish k mausam main ...
Faqat itna hi kehtay ho ...
Udasi be-waja si hai ...
Bohat bojhal tabiyat hai ...
Bhala such kion nahi kehtay ...
