Khamoshi ka samaan hay

Aawaz de aye suba tera noor kahan hay

Chayi jo ghata loog chale jashn manane

Mahke huwe pholon main jawani ko basane

Par chain mere dil ka yahan hay na wahan hay

Bichra hay jo tu kuch naheen deta hay dekhayi

Woh this hay dil main k laboon par hay dhuhayi

Ek aag ka charta huwa darya hay judayi

Chaya huwa aakash pe ahoon ka dhunwan hay

Jaam pilati huy sawan ki phouwareen

Har dil ko lubhati huy koyal ki pukareen

Aur meri tamanaoon k gulshan main khizaan hay
