Muj ko masomiyat ka sela mil gaya

Woh jo bichra koi dusara mil gaya

Hai muqadar bhi pathar ki jaise lakeer

Ham ne chaha tha kiya aur kya mil gaya

Dil main marne ki khawahish naheen ab zara

Ham ko to jete jee hi KHUDA mil gaya

Hai yeh Qudrat ki shan_e_ata dekiye

Jo bhi manga tha us se sawa mil gaya

Sedha le jaye ga ham ko manzel talak

Aisa aasan sa raasta mil gaya

Dhundhte the jise shahar dar shahar ham

Woh gali main hamari khara mil gaya

Kis se shikwa kareen kiya shikayat kareen

Tha jo kismat main likha huwa mil gaya

Sirf itni kahani hai meri to bas

Sabaz manga tha lekin hara mil gaya

Sari duniya ne chora to kiya "Mahrukh"

Shaheri ka mujhye aasara mil gaya,
